Cancellation & Non-attendance Policy
PRIVATE DENTAL TREATMENTS:
We require 24 hour notice period to rearrange private dental appointments. If the appointments are not cancelled within the given notice period, then that appointment is classed as “late cancellation” and non- attendance will be classed as “failure to attend” (FTA) and deposit will be non-refundable if we are unable to utilise the time cancelled.
For any appointments longer than 45 minutes, please give us as much notice as possible.
Private short notice cancellations or non-attendance without a valid reason will be charged at £1 per minute of the planned appointment. e.g. 30minute appointment = £30 charge
To avoid a cancellation fee, please follow the cancellation notice above prior to your appointment.
DENPLAN PATIENTS:
For Denplan patients, we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide this notice period means that the missed appointment cannot be rebooked and will be deducted from your plan allowance.
We believe that this policy ensures fairness towards all our patients and helps us maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality dental care.
HYGIENIST VISITS:
Missing an hygienist appointment, or failing to provide us with 24 hours notice to rearrange an appointment, will result in a cancellation or missed appointment charge and 50% of the total amount will be added to your account.
